  • All products are accurately described and priced in Polish Zloty (PLN) with VAT included at the applicable rate of 23%.

3. Order Placement

To place an order, customers must follow these steps:

  1. Browse products and add items to the shopping cart.
  2. Review the order in the cart and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
  3. Provide accurate personal information including billing and shipping address.
  4. Choose a payment method (credit/debit card via Paytel).
  5. Review the order and confirm by clicking “Place Order.”
  6. Receive an email confirmation with the order summary and a unique order number.

By placing an order, customers are bound by these Terms.

  • Payments are processed via Paytel.
  • We accept debit and credit card payments.
  • Paytel complies with the EU Payment Services Directive (PSD2) to ensure secure payment transactions.

5. Delivery and Shipping

  • We use Polish Post for shipping orders.
  • Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and delivery destination.
  • The estimated delivery time is 14 business days.
  • In case of delays, customers will be notified.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Right of Withdrawal: Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
  • Conditions for Returns: The item must be in its original, unused condition, with packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refund Process: Once a return is received, we will process the refund within 14 days. The customer will bear the cost of returning the item unless it was defective.
  • The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that are sealed and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
